Our services are unique! Patients from birth to end of life can be seen by our provider.

Mythical Wellness offers Direct Primary Care (membership based), hormone replacement services, IV infusions, and functional medical care services at a per visit rate.

Direct Primary Care is offered with a monthly membership plan. Direct Primary Care is ideal for patients with no medical insurance, high deductible health insurance plans, or those patients who want more direct contact with the provider in a non-rushed "in and out" appointment, where each patient can spend quality time with the provider getting all of their questions answered.

Direct Primary Care

Pay a flat monthly rate (individual or family plan) for access to the provider with visits, text, email or phone calls. No additional rates for appointments, Telehealth, or follow up visits. Functional Medicine

Functional Medicine is about digging deep to understand the root causes of health issues. Functional medicine considers lifestyle, genetics, and environmental factors. Functional medicine addresses the imbalances in the body and aims to optimize your health and well-being.

Functional Medicine is offered at a per visit rate for non-DPC members.

Hormone Replacement Therapy

Hormone Replacement Therapy is a medical treatment designed to alleviate symptoms that are associated with hormone imbalances. Some symptoms can include hot flashes, mood swings, fatigue, sleep disturbances, low libido, digestive issues, skin changes, difficulty concentrating, and more. By supplementing the body with various hormones through methods of gels, creams, sprays, injections, pills, lifestyle changes, or patches the patient will experience wellness and improved symptoms. Hormone Replacement Therapy is offered at a per visit rate for non-DPC members.

"Sick" Visits

Are you feeling sick or like something isn't "right"? These feelings will classify as "sick" visits. Strep tests, urinalysis, flu, COVID, and more can be completed during the visit as well. If you are not a DPC member, please call to see if we have availability to get you in. Sick visits are offered at a per visit rate for non-DPC members and will have additional fees if in office testing is completed.

IV Fluids

IV Fluids are available if desired for those who are under the weather, those who partied hard, and those who want an immune or wellness boost. IV Fluids are offered at a per visit rate depending on infusion choice and DPC members receive a discount.
